About Kohler (Not the Toilet Brand)
I’m Kohler — comedian, podcast host, writer, and just trying to figure this shit out.
I grew up in Henderson, Nevada, went to college in Kalamazoo, Michigan where I studied Business Management at Western Michigan University, and I’ve called Austin home since 2017 (before Rogan). I started stand-up at 22, doing sets on and off between sales calls and existential crises. After 10 years in the corporate world, I finally said, what the hell—it can’t get worse.
By day, I work in customer sales at a third-party logistics brokerage, wondering if this is really what the next 40 years should look like. By night, I’m either on stage or ranting on The Kohler Show podcast.
I love sports, film, music, and politics. My favorite comedians are Louis CK, Bill Burr, Tom Segura, Bo Burnham, and John Mulaney. I don’t read fiction books because I'd rather just see the movie, and I don’t use chopsticks because they’re impractical just use a fork.
